Support Center - Creating New Email Accounts Login to webmail at http://mail.custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name. Login with your administrative email address and password. Your administrative email address is admin@custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name. ![]() Under the Domain Settings pull down menu, select Email Users. ![]() Click the Add User button on the Email Accounts page. ![]() Under the Mailbox tab, enter the Username of the new email account you wish to add. In this example, we are creating the email account bob@custom-name.com, so the username is bob. Enter the user’s Full Name, in this case, we entered Bob Smith. Under Password, enter the password for this new email account. Don’t worry about the other fields, unless you want to make your own specific changes.
