Support Center - Creating Email Aliases

You can create a email alias such as sales@custom-name.com that forwards to a real email address like bob@custom-name.com. Arena One allows you to have an unlimited amount of email aliases. Here is how to set one up:

Login to Arena One webmail at http://mail.custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name

Login with your administrative email address and password. Your administrative email address is admin@custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name.

Under the Domain Settings pull down menu, select Email Aliases.

Under Email Aliases, click on Add Alias.

Enter the Alias Name of the new email alias you wish to add. In this example, we are creating the email alias sales@custom-name.com, so the Alias Name is sales.

In the Emails field, enter the destination address for the email. A destination address can be a local account like bob@custom-name.com or a external address like bob@aol.com. In this example, we want all email sent to sales@custom-name.com to go to bob@custom-name.com, so we would enter bob@custom-name.com in this field.

Click Save.

The email alias for sales@custom-name.com has been added. You can now log out of webmail.
