Support Center - Creating Email Aliases You can create a email alias such as sales@custom-name.com that forwards to a real email address like bob@custom-name.com. Arena One allows you to have an unlimited amount of email aliases. Here is how to set one up: Login to Arena One webmail at http://mail.custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name Login with your administrative email address and password. Your administrative email address is admin@custom-name.com. Replace custom-name.com with your domain name. ![]() Under the Domain Settings pull down menu, select Email Aliases. ![]() Under Email Aliases, click on Add Alias. ![]() Enter the Alias Name of the new email alias you wish to add. In this example, we are creating the email alias sales@custom-name.com, so the Alias Name is sales. In the Emails field, enter the destination address for the email. A destination address can be a local account like bob@custom-name.com or a external address like bob@aol.com. In this example, we want all email sent to sales@custom-name.com to go to bob@custom-name.com, so we would enter bob@custom-name.com in this field.
